About Will – Founder of Project Reconnect Life
I help people reconnect with their bodies and their breath, so they can run, move, and live with strength, clarity, and calm.
As a former GB age-group triathlete, personal trainer, and specialist in running gait, posture, and sports massage, I understand performance from the inside out. Alongside this, I’ve trained in yoga, breathwork, pranayama, meditation, and sound healing -practices that bring balance and resilience beyond fitness alone.
Over the past two decades, I’ve coached clients from 5K races to Ironman events, always with one goal: to help people feel strong, clear, and connected-in body, mind, and spirit.
My journey has taken me through Thailand, Spain, India, the Himalayas, and across the UK, learning from leading teachers in movement, mindfulness, and holistic well-being.
The approach I share through Project Reconnect brings together the yang (strength, discipline, movement) with the yin (stillness, breath, awareness). It’s a system that builds real-world fitness while grounding you in calm and clarity.

Not long ago, I was stuck in a cycle of late nights, unhealthy habits, and little movement. I felt cut off from my body, my energy, and my purpose.
I knew something had to change.
Through training, spiritual practice, and inner work, I rebuilt my life - not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I discovered that true health isn’t about fitness alone. It’s about alignment: balance, clarity, energy, and calm.
That journey is what led me to create Project Reconnect Life.
Now I share the same practices -athletic coaching, breathwork, meditation, and more, to help others make their own shift. From stagnation to strength. From overwhelm to clarity. From burnout to a life you feel truly connected to.
