Meet Will — Coach, Athlete, and Founder of Project Reconnect

I help people reconnect with their bodies and their breath — so they can run stronger, move better, and feel more in control of their performance.

Because running isn’t just physical — it’s how you move, how you think, and how you show up.

I wasn’t always training this way.

Like a lot of runners, I used to push harder, do more, and chase progress — without fully understanding what my body actually needed.

That changed everything.

As a former GB age-group triathlete and coach, I’ve spent years working with runners of all levels — from first 5Ks to Ironman athletes.

But what I’ve learned is this:

Real progress doesn’t come from doing more

It comes from doing the right things, consistently

My journey has taken me across the UK, Europe, and Asia — learning from leading coaches and teachers in movement, breathwork, and performance.

What I’ve built is a system that combines:

  • Strength and structure

  • Movement and efficiency

  • Breath, focus, and control

This is what I now teach through Project Reconnect.

I knew something had to change.
